Kyruus Reports Monumental Market Share Gains in 2018 with More Than 225,000 Providers at Nearly 500 Hospitals Nationwide Now on Its Platform

Company Doubles Revenue Again as it Expands to Meet Growing Health System Demand for the ProviderMatch Platform and Integrates with Other Industry Leaders

Boston, MA – Kyruusa leader in provider search and scheduling solutions for health systems, today announced its results for 2018, a pivotal year in which the company doubled its year-over-year revenue for the third time in a row. Kyruus now manages over 225,000 providers on its industry-leading patient access and provider data management platform – a five-fold increase since 2015. The company added several of the leading health systems to its customer base in 2018, most recently announcing that Geisinger is now utilizing the company’s digital solution on its website. Kyruus also retained 100% of its renewable customer base and frequently expanded its work with existing customers over the course of the year.

To bolster its market leadership, Kyruus raised $14 million in new financing in 2018, which included a strategic investment from Salesforce Ventures, Salesforce’s corporate investment group. The investment coincided with the launch of ProviderMatch for Salesforce on the Salesforce AppExchange – one of several milestones for Kyruus as it cemented its foundational role in the patient access ecosystem. Other major 2018 integration announcements included Kyruus joining the Epic App Orchard to enable seamless scheduling for health systems on Epic’s EHR platform and a collaboration with IBM to integrate IBM’s Watson Virtual Agent with ProviderMatch to facilitate automated provider search and scheduling assistance via chatbots.

2018 also included notable advancements and accolades for the company’s patient access platform, particularly around its consumer-facing solution. ProviderMatch for Consumers received the award for “Best Patient Scheduling Solution” from MedTech Breakthrough, an independent organization that recognizes the top companies, technologies, and products in the global health and medical technology market. Kyruus also announced the availability of the Spanish language version of this solution, a first-in-class digital solution that helps health systems better engage Spanish-speaking consumers online and make it easier for them to find the right providers for their needs.

“I’m incredibly proud to reflect on 2018 as a year in which we welcomed numerous leading health systems to our customer community, expanded our impact on our customers’ patient access initiatives, and formed major partnerships that will shape the future of our industry,” said Graham Gardner, CEO of Kyruus. “In 2019, we look forward to collaborating further with our customers and partners to spearhead the next phase of patient access innovation.”

Named one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Boston, Kyruus relocated to Boston’s Fort Point District last year to support continued team growth. Kyruus also recently hired Chris McMahon as SVP of People and promoted two key leaders – Scott Andrews to Chief Customer Officer and Chris Gervais to Chief Technology Officer – to help fuel its continued growth, category leadership, and customer impact.
