Veteran technology executive brings deep enterprise, consumer, and healthcare expertise to new role
BOSTON, MA – Jan. 23, 2024 – Kyruus Health, the leading care access platform, announced the appointment of Harshit Shah as Chief Technology Officer. Shah will oversee the engineering teams, spanning software development, infrastructure, security, and data management — while also helping to define the company’s future technology strategy.
Shah brings over 24 years of experience across roles at technology giants like Amazon and Microsoft as well as healthcare companies like Spring Health. At Spring Health, Harshit helped build evidence-based precision mental health solutions serving millions of covered lives. Previously at AWS, he led data and MLOps teams that provided predictive analytics solutions for the IoT domain. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles contributing at-scale services, including Microsoft’s search platform and cloud computing.
Harshit has also been actively involved as an advisor and mentor with various organizations, such as WEST (Women Entering and Staying in Tech), Interview Kickstart, Asha for Education and startup guilds. His proven track record in driving exponential growth, managing large-scale projects, and leading global teams were key factors for Kyruus Health which now serves more than 1,000 hospitals, 500 medical groups, and 100 health plan brands.
“I’m thrilled to join Kyruus Health on its mission to connect people to the right care,” said Harshit Shah. “The complexity of healthcare creates a frustrating experience for everyone — underscoring the need for improved care access. Our journey is not just about designing and developing best-in-class products but also about ensuring equitable access to quality care for everyone. I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact on healthcare accessibility.”
Kyruus Health CEO and Founder, Graham Gardner, M.D., expressed excitement about Shah’s appointment, stating, “Kyruus Health is well positioned to be the go-to care access platform across the healthcare ecosystem. Harshit’s track record of building enterprise grade services, at-scale SaaS platforms and customer-centric innovations position him to be an outstanding leader for this next stage of our growth.”
